Frame: Extruded and anodized aluminum profile.
Filtering Element: Glass microfiber paper.
Separators: Thermoplastic glue beads.
Sealant: Polyurethane.
Protective grid: Steel grid at the air outlet; white epoxy painted.
Gasket: Bicomponent polyurethane liquid system. (Semi-circular expanded polyurethane).
Collar: Ext. collar 200, 250 and 315 mm. (according to model).
MPPS Efficiency: 99.995% and 99.9995%
Class EN 1822: H14 and U15.
Recommended Final Pressure Loss: 600 Pa.
Temperature: 80ºC in continuous service.
Advantages
– Low weight, reduced depth mono-block filtering.
– These filters are assembled and installed with a one-piece semi-circular polyurethane seal at the air outlet
in order prevent particle migration or leakage between the filter and the racks or the frames of the installation structure.
– Flow-regulation system and test for measurement of preasure drop and room contamination level.
– A diffuser plate can be adjusted in order to distribute the air in the plenum evenly over
the filter surface.
